The Ribbon Print System allows you to print on almost ANY SMOOTH ribbon in the widest range of fully-tested foil colours available anywhere.
The on-line shop is the ideal way to order as it is updated daily, and calculates your freight charge based on the weight of the items purchased. If you order before noon we will dispatch your goods that day (where stock is available) and if anything is unexpectedly out of stock we will call you – all part of the service!

Foils
We do insist that you use our foils*, and with print costs starting from just 6p per metre you can see this makes sense.
12 of our 13 foil colours come in 110mm x 50m rolls. The exception is our Antique Gold foil measuring 110mm x 65m.
Our experience shows that these lengths produce great results and maintain smooth tension right to the end of the roll. This means that you can simply turn the foil around and use it again, getting up to 100m of print out of a 50m roll!
Ribbon Print foils are supplied in just one width. This is because most of our customers print on a variety of ribbon widths, and 110mm gives them the greatest flexibility while keeping their ordering and stock control simple. Why order 2 different widths in every colour when you don't have to?
*(All of our foils have been fully tested for compatibility. Using any other foils will invalidate your warranty)

Ribbons
We have created an exciting ribbon range that offers the right ribbon for any project, and we are specialist suppliers of very wide ribbon ideal for sashes and banners.
Choose luxurious double-faced polyester satins with a woven edge in 4 widths and 27 colours. These are available in convenient 20m reels and are perfect for wedding and gift work. Prices start from just 9p per metre.
Our single-faced polyester “benchmark” ribbon has been created especially for the technology the Ribbon Print System uses and gives simply stunning results. This cut-edge ribbon is available in 45mm and 100mm widths in 16 gorgeous colours and on generous 50m rolls. Prices start from just 20p per metre.

Rosette makers can now buy the highest quality ribbon from us. Try our 25mm and 38mm single-faced polyester satin with a woven edge – it pleats beautifully and the print quality is simply brilliant!
Available in 24 colours on 300m rolls from just 7p per metre, with NO MINIMUM ORDER value. Currently you need to allow 7 working days for delivery when ordering this ribbon, but soon we will be able to offer our usual next-day service on orders received before noon.

Using your own ribbon
We can guarantee great results when you use our ribbon, but if you do need to source ribbon elsewhere there are a number of compatible suppliers.
If you already have a regular supplier then please send us ribbon samples for FREE testing to ensure that you can get a high quality result before you purchase a Ribbon Print System.
Florists and balloon decorators will be able to use polypropylene ribbon in the Ribbon Print System BUT it must be SMOOTH. APAC and STAR ribbons work well but BERCOR FLORA CHARM ® is totally unsuitable for use in our system.
The following ribbon types are also UNSUITABLE for use in the Ribbon Print System: Satin Acetate, Grosgrain, Cotton, Organza, Velvet, Knitted Lanyards
